All calendar entries MUST go through this system to ensure that all means of communication are kept in sync. A request for a calendar entry does not ensure that the event/date is firm. It will most likely occur on the date/time specified, but will need to be confirmed first. Please provide all pertinent information requested to ensure timely scheduling. All events should normally be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
