Fitzhugh Baptist Church -- AWANA

AWANA is an international, Bible centered discipleship program designed to reach kids in preschool on up to high school. Our goal is to reach boys and girls, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15).

Our AWANA club meets Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30 - 8:00 pm and we offer the following programs:

Cubbies for preschoolers
Sparks for Kinder - 2nd graders
TnT (Truth and Training) for 3rd - 6th graders

We will be starting back up September 9, 2009. If you have any questions or would like to pre-register your child please contact the church and leave a message for our AWANA commander, Dawn Cherry.
